Event marketing has become more complex and audiences more sophisticated - long gone are the days of a printed brochure mass mailed to thousands of prospects and some generic emails. As associations seek to personalise their interaction with members, so event marketing needs to follow suit. This seminar will look at the processes required to bring relevant data together and then utilise it in the most personalised and targeted way possible. The issue of data stewardship and compliance will also be explored.

Presentation: Increasing event attendance through integrated, automated and personalised email marketing
Many associations run their events and conferences through standalone event websites and registration platforms that aren't integrated with their MRM/CRM systems. The resulting email communications tend to be generic and don't cater for the individual needs and interests of members. Integration is key to delivering a personalised event experience, from the very first email received, through the registration process, during the event and the inevitable post event communications.
