Introduction

Event marketing has become more complex and audiences more sophisticated - long gone are the days of a printed brochure mass mailed to thousands of prospects and some generic emails. As associations seek to personalise their interaction with members, so event marketing needs to follow suit. This seminar will look at the processes required to bring relevant data together and then utilise it in the most personalised and targeted way possible. The issue of data stewardship and compliance will also be explored.
